Buying a home is a life changing event, and in order to make it as positive and stress-free as possible, it is good to prepare for it properly. There are three items that you should have ready before home shopping:
1) Your credit score.
2) An amount of what you will pay for your home.
3) A prequalification letter from your bank, or another lender.
COMMUTE
In today’s world of congested traffic, particularly on I-95, it is important to take commute time to work, school, etc, into account. I can supply you with maps of commute times at varying hours of the day to and from locations.
SHOPPING
If it is important to you to be able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, places of worship, and nightlife, then I can supply you with radius maps. These maps include retail and lifestyle markets, and a selection of distance to them with the available listings in that area.
