"If you haven't found it yet, keep looking.  Don't settle.  As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it."

- Steve Jobs

Buying a home is a life changing event, and in order to make it as positive and stress-free as possible, it is good to prepare for it properly. There are three items that you should have ready before home shopping:

1) Your credit score.

2) An amount of what you will pay for your home.

3) A prequalification letter from your bank, or another lender.

In today’s world of congested traffic, particularly on I-95, it is important to take commute time to work, school, etc, into account. I can supply you with maps of commute times at varying hours of the day to and from locations.

If it is important to you to be able to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, places of worship, and nightlife, then I can supply you with radius maps. These maps include retail and lifestyle markets, and a selection of distance to them with the available listings in that area.

If you prefer to live in a gated community, South Florida has an abundance of them. They usually offer lakes, a park, and sometimes clubrooms, pools, and a fitness center, among other amenities.

If you are planning to immigrate to the United States, and require assistance with any aspect of the process, I can recommend excellent immigration attorneys, educational specialists for assistance in selecting schools, and additional tutelage in English.

Sometimes, buyers choose to purchase a home that is not suited to their taste, or needs, and then renovate it. If you decide that you would like to remodel your purchase, or you would just like assistance in decorating it, I work with excellent contractors, and designers, who conduct varying levels of projects.
